Role Description

This full-time Real Estate Agent role is an on-site position based in Rochester, MN. The Real Estate Agent will work directly with buyers and sellers, guiding them through property searches, showings, pricing decisions, and offers. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market analyses, preparing and presenting listings, and coordinating open houses and property tours. The role also involves managing transaction paperwork, collaborating with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals, and ensuring compliance with local and state real estate regulations. The Real Estate Agent will represent Coldwell Banker's standards of professionalism and customer service while working to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.

Qualifications
