You will manage inquiries, show properties, and guide applicants from initial contact to signed leases.

Ideal candidates have hands-on leasing experience in Philadelphia, deep knowledge of the local rental market, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leasing apartments in Philadelphia is required.
• Strong preference for candidates with direct leasing experience in Kensington, Harrowgate, Port Richmond, East Kensington, and surrounding neighborhoods.
• Strong understanding of the Philadelphia residential rental market.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable conducting both in-person and virtual apartment tours.
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple available units and prospects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with online rental platforms and listing management.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with the property management team.
• Active Pennsylvania real estate license preferred/required as applicable.
