Mark Spain Real Estate is growing its team in Florida and seeks driven, coachable agents with an active license and a proven sales record. You will receive pre-scheduled appointments, coaching, and access to AI-powered tools to help price, position, and serve clients, with an earnings structure that increases with production and no desk or lead fees.

We offer uncapped earning potential, a strong support system including transaction and listing support, and an early success bonus for closing

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production preferred.
• Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take extreme ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified appointments into closings; you don’t have to generate your own leads.
• Prepare for every appointment, follow the process, and serve the client.
• Follow up diligently to close deals and build lasting relationships.
