North and Main Homes in San Jose, CA is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent to guide clients through buying, selling and investing in residential properties. You will conduct property showings, host open houses, prepare offers, and explain market conditions to help clients make informed decisions.

Day-to-day duties include prospecting, nurturing leads, coordinating with lenders and inspectors, managing paperwork, and ensuring smooth closings while upholding ethics and local regulations.

Formación

• Active Real Estate License in California.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and local market conditions.
• Excellent customer service and client-focused problem solving.
• Understanding of real property concepts, valuation, and investment fundamentals to support portfolio-building advice.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with technology, including MLS systems, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in San Jose, CA, with reliable transportation for client meetings and property visits.
• Residential real estate experience preferred; multilingual skills a plus.
