Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrative/Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth real estate transactions from listing to closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate processes, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from listing to closing.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining online listings
  • Manage office communications
  • Prepare and review contracts, addendums, and disclosures.
  • Maintain and update databases, MLS listings, and transaction files.
  • Provide administrative support to agents and brokers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, or similar role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with real estate software and MS Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Real estate license or willingness to obtain preferred.
  • Experience in real estate administration or transaction coordination strongly preferred.
