Dallas College invites applications for a Faculty Real Estate Instructor. The role conducts on-site, face-to-face instruction across multiple Dallas College campuses, including evening and Saturday classes.

Instructors deliver content via Dallas College’s LMS, manage syllabi, and assess student progress. Qualified candidates hold an Associate's degree or higher, Texas Real Estate Commission licensure or CREI designation, and at least three years of Real Estate experience.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or higher.
• TREC licensure or CREI designation from TRETA preferred.
• 3 years of non-teaching experience in Real Estate industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide students with a written course syllabus.
• Participate in evaluating instructional processes and use innovative strategies to improve learning.
• Support discipline by revising curricula and recommending teaching assignments.
• Maintain accurate and complete course records.
• Collaborate with the division dean to meet goals and budget needs.
• Engage diverse communities and learning styles in instruction.
• Advise students and assist with registration.
• Utilize technology to facilitate learning and data access.
