Responsibilities
Lead Conversion

Follow up on inbound leads (web forms, cold calling, SMS, etc.), build rapport quickly, and uncover seller motivation.

Property Evaluation

Estimate repair costs, run comps, determine ARV, and use formulas like MAO to assess offers, utilizing tools like PropStream, BatchLeads, or CRM calculators.

Negotiation

Present and negotiate cash offers, handle objections, lock properties under contract at discounts, and track progress in CRM tools. Follow up until deal closure.

Collaboration with Disposition Team

Assist with deal handoffs or buyer communications as needed.
