As a Real Estate Wholesaling Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial part in our growth by identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties for wholesaling purposes. You will have opportunities for career advancement through continuous training and mentorship.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to all leads promptly to drive business forward
  • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
  • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
  • Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
  • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
Qualifications
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
  • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred, but we will train the right candidates
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette
