RENOSY by Renters Warehouse is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Agent to identify, evaluate, and acquire single-family properties aligned with investment strategies. You will leverage MLS, market data, and negotiations to drive profitable deals.

The role requires 3+ years in acquisitions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced office setting with regular local travel to meet owners and brokers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or related fields.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets and valuation techniques.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and make informed investment decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software (Salesforce, MLS, Pipedrive).

Responsibilities

• Source new deals via MLS, networking, and online platforms.
• Analyze market trends, property values, and demographics.
• Perform financial analysis and property valuation for acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers/agents.
• Coordinate due diligence including inspections and env assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, and industry professionals.
