Job summary

Selby Jennings is seeking an Acquisitions Associate / Senior Analyst to join our Philadelphia real estate investment team. The role will support sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investment opportunities, partnering with senior professionals to assess risk and drive value.

You will build financial models, prepare investment memos, conduct market research, and perform due diligence to inform transaction decisions. A 2-5 year background in real estate or capital markets is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in acquisitions, investments, capital markets, or real estate analysis.
• Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
