Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of full-time real estate experience in private equity, real estate credit, investment banking, brokerage, valuation & advisory, or related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment fundamentals and financial analysis.
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Experience with ARGUS Enterprise strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting prospective real estate acquisitions using Excel and ARGUS Enterprise.
• Building and maintaining detailed financial models to evaluate opportunities, returns, risk, and scenarios.
• Preparing investment presentations and memoranda for investment committee.
• Conducting research on micro- and macroeconomic market data to evaluate trends.
• Collaborating with Investment Management to refine underwriting assumptions.
