Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of full-time real estate experience, preferably in private equity, real estate credit, investment banking, brokerage, valuation & advisory, or related field.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Experience with ARGUS Enterprise strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite prospective real estate acquisitions using Excel and ARGUS Enterprise.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate opportunities, returns, risk, and scenarios.
• Prepare investment materials and committee memoranda for acquisitions.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to evaluate opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with Investment Management to refine underwriting assumptions and processes.
• Support property inspections, market tours, and meetings with market participants.
• Evaluate investment structures, financing options, and terms.
