Job summary

Harrison Street Asset Management (HSAM) in Chicago invites applications for the Acquisitions Analyst program starting Summer 2027. Analysts will work with senior investment professionals to evaluate and execute real estate opportunities; the program lasts two and a half years, with potential promotion to Associate.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.5+, strong communication, a self-starter mindset, and passion for real estate and private equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.5+ (preferred in real estate, finance, economics, or engineering).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to concisely summarize analysis and research.
• Self-starter who can take on responsibility with little supervision.
• Passion for real estate, finance, investing, and/or private equity.
• High maturity and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis and modeling of new real estate investments.
• Industry research and due diligence on opportunities.
• Assist in preparing materials for Harrison Street’s Investment Committee.
• Support senior management in executing and closing transactions.
