Cedar Brook Property is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Acquisitions Agent to join our Indianapolis team. You will be the primary contact for motivated home sellers, building rapport, presenting compelling offers, and guiding transactions from initial contact through closing.

You’ll leverage strong sales and negotiation skills to deliver results in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. This role offers a base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 plus commissions, with top performers earning well

Qualifications

• 4-10 years in sales or business development.
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Entrepreneurial drive with goal orientation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proven negotiation and closing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: build rapport with home sellers and provide tailored solutions.
• Acquisitions: make offers based on market trends and oversee transactions.
• Lead Generations & Networking: cultivate relationships with sellers and local real estate network.
• Negotiation & Closing: negotiate win-win deals and close promptly.
• Team Collaboration: work with title, legal, construction, and operations teams.
• Site Visits & Client Meetings: travel to properties and meet clients for value discussions.
