We Buy Louisville Homes is seeking a high-performing Real Estate Acquisition Associate to join our fast-growing investment team. If you're a persuasive communicator with a proven track record in sales and deal-making — and you're hungry to work quality leads and close real estate deals with confidence — this is for you.

About the Role

As our Real Estate Closer, you’ll be on the front lines turning hot leads into signed contracts. You’ll receive inbound leads from PPC, PPL, SEO, and direct mail campaigns, and you’ll also be expected to proactively reach out to motivated sellers using targeted lists powered by predictive AI software. Your job is to build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and guide property owners to a confident “yes.”

This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. The position is remote-friendly, but candidates based in Louisville, KY are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with highly qualified inbound leads from marketing campaigns (PPC, PPL, SEO, Direct Mail).
• Execute cold outreach to motivated seller lists using AI-powered prospecting tools.
• Build authentic rapport and trust with homeowners and investors.
• Analyze property details and seller motivations to present compelling offers.
• Negotiate win-win purchase agreements with sellers.
• Log all interactions and pipeline updates in CRM (REsimpli).
• Collaborate with the acquisitions and dispositions teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Follow a proven sales script while bringing your own personality and energy to the conversation.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of real estate sales experience (wholesale, investing, or traditional sales).
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting monthly targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort with both inbound closing and cold calling outbound strategies.
• Self-starter with strong time management and accountability.
• Familiarity with CRMs, call tracking tools, and digital sales platforms.
• Driven by results, income, and helping others make life-changing decisions.
• Based in Louisville, KY or open to fully remote work.
