Job summary

Synergyboston, a leading Boston commercial real estate firm, is looking for a Property Accounting Manager. This role involves overseeing accounting functions for real estate LLCs, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with various teams.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting, CPA preferred, and at least 6 years of progressive experience with 2 years in a management role. A hybrid work model is offered, allowing for a balance of office and remote work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years supervisory.
• Prior management experience ideally in Commercial Real Estate.
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes.
• Review financial workpapers and approve budgets and analyses.
• Implement internal control policies and adhere to compliance.
