Job summary

Brookfield Real Estate Group is offering a year‑round paid internship in accounting at Brookfield Place New York. The role runs from June 2027 to August 2027 full-time, with an option for part-time work Aug 2027–May 2028.

You will gain exposure to corporate accounting, office software, and real estate finance in a global leader. Ideal candidates are accounting students, pursuing CPA hours, with strong communication and self-motivation in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, preferably in the second or third year of study.
• Pursuing a degree in Accounting and on track to complete the 150 semester hours required for CPA designation.
• Completion of at least one accounting course is preferred.
• Prior accounting internship or related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to accounting-related functions in real estate and alternative investments.
• Participate in mentorship opportunities, coaching, and career guidance.
• Gain experience in real estate and alternative investments accounting and/or finance functions.
