You will synthesize quotes, build financial models, and manage multiple projects while coordinating due diligence with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires 3–6 years in relevant fields, a business/finance real estate degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, brokerage, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related discipline.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Highly motivated, organized self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Excel proficiency; data visualization skills in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Structure, market, negotiate and close financing transactions domestically and abroad.
• Synthesize financing quotes and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Communicate updates on financing activities to internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects to meet established timelines.
• Build financial models to evaluate financing impact to returns.
• Assist with due diligence, KYC, covenants reporting.
• Develop lender and broker relationships.
• Support fundraising and growth initiatives.
