Roche in Indianapolis seeks a Supply Chain Science & Technology Lead (Reagents) to fuse scientific rigor with supply chain excellence, ensuring stability, regulatory compliance, and scalable distribution across the end-to-end network.

You will lead a high‑performing team, integrate technical requirements early in the product life cycle with R&D, and shape cold chain logistics, environmental controls, and post‑launch readiness to safeguard diagnostics from manufacture to lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of leadership in a highly regulated industry with Manufacturing/Quality/Supply Chain interface.
• Deep expertise in reagent life cycles and management of hazardous materials (DG).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global reagent supply chain team focused on distribution readiness.
• Embed technical requirements early in the Product Life Cycle with R&D.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and temperature-controlled logistics across E2E supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization using Lean methods.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality for alignment.
