Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a reagent pack production associate to join the manufacturing team in California. You will formulate, fill, test and package chemical and biological reagents in a regulated environment, following SOPs and daily production plans.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a regulated industry (FDA/ISO) and are proficient with Microsoft applications. You will work on setup, testing and quality control to ensure on-time completion and adherence to quality

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years relevant experience in a regulated industry (FDA/ISO)
• Follows established SOPs and quality guidelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (MS Office) and basic analytical methods

Responsibilities

• Read, comprehend and follow work instructions with emphasis on quality
• Execute the daily production plan to meet due dates and quality standards
• Train to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Follow drawings, work orders and SOPs while maintaining FDA requirements
• Independently perform formulating, filling, testing and packaging of reagents
• Conduct basic analytical tests (pH, conductivity, density) on solutions
• Ensure compliance with GMP, QSR and ISO requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to troubleshoot and improve quality
