Job description

Supervisor, Reagent Filling

Chaska, Minnesota – on‑site location. This role reports to the Manager of Reagent Filling and is part of the Reagent Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of machine operators to meet production demands.
• Monitor multiple manufacturing production runs and support investigations into nonconformance, material supply issues, and process improvements to meet schedule and customer demands.
• Work within clearly defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Apply basic analytical skills to scientific methods, operational processes, or data to perform clearly documented activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 8+ years’ experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.
• Attention to detail in activities and documentation.
• Ability to effectively communicate with co‑workers.
• Basic computer skills for data management and laboratory process management.

Physical and Travel Requirements

• Travel infrequently.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry materials up to 30 lb.

Preferred Experience

• Multiple years of experience working in a regulated industry.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $83,000.00 – $90,000 USD. This range may be modified in the future. The role is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
