Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to support seniors, veterans, and clients needing help at home in Tennessee, especially Franklin County. The role offers hourly pay and weekly wages, with full‑time and part‑time shifts across day, evening and weekend slots as client needs arise.

Caregivers will provide hands‑on support to help clients stay safe and independent in their own homes, including personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping and medication reminders.

Job description

New clients mean new opportunities, and we’re looking for experienced caregivers who want to be ready when shifts become available in the Franklin County area.

Stand Out Home Care provides compassionate in-home care for seniors, veterans and individuals who need additional assistance with everyday life. We work with clients through programs including VA and CHOICES and continue to expand our service areas throughout Tennessee.

PAY RANGE: $16.50–$17.50/HOUR
PAID WEEKLY

Our caregivers provide hands‑on support that allows clients to remain safe and independent in their own homes.

Caregiver duties may include:

• Personal care

• Bathing, grooming and dressing

• Companionship and supervision

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Medication reminders

• Mobility and transfer assistance

• Errands and daily activities

• Maintaining client safety and comfort

We’re looking for caregivers who:
