Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and is looking for experienced caregivers who are ready to make a difference in the lives of clients at home. We serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES program participants.

We offer weekly pay and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities, with paid time off after 30 days and a 90-day performance evaluation. Opportunities to work with clients throughout Tennessee and supportive scheduling staff are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
