Responsibilities:
To help the supervisor guide associates in Further Processing toward production goals and quality standards.
Knowledge, skills and Abilities:
* Excellent Attendance and Personnel record
* Able to work with minimum Supervision
* Ability to speak, read, and write English and Spanish
* Able to operate basic office equipment (copier, 10-key calculator, fax, etc.)
* Weekend work required as necessary
* Ability to train new associates
* Ability to perform all jobs in the department at line speed
* Knowledge of workplace safety rules
* Ability to complete paperwork accurately
* Ability to perform multiple duties
Education & Experience
* GED or equivalent
*Proficient math and computer skills
