Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Ready To Eat (RTE) Production Worker to help produce, package, and prepare ready-to-eat popcorn products while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards. This position supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Huntington, Indiana.

Shifts include Day: 4:30 AM–4:45 PM and Night: 4:30 PM–4:45 AM, with pay rates of $19.00 per hour for day shift and $22.00 per hour for night shift.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus but may not be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and packaging of ready-to-eat popcorn products.
• Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for proper packaging, labeling, and appearance.
• Pack, seal, and prepare products for shipment.
• Keep work areas clean and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow company safety guidelines and production instructions.
• Notify supervisors of equipment issues or product quality concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
