Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is hiring for a Ready, Set, Ship associate at our Front Royal distribution center in Front Royal, VA. You will help move parcel and UPS shipments efficiently, ensuring customers receive orders when expected.

The role involves operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, RF scanning, and teamwork on a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime when needed. Pay is $22 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Willingness to work overtime when scheduled.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in compliance with OSHA and guidelines
• Accurately pick, stage, and store product in designated locations
• Build pallets and containers and maintain organized work areas

Join Our Parcel/UPS Team — Ferguson Enterprises, $22 Per Hour Location: Front Royal, VA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, with overtime as needed Never a Dull Momen! In this role, you'll play a key part in getting parcel and UPS shipments out the door at our Front Royal distribution center — making sure customers get what they need, when they need it. Our Parcel/UPS team tackles whatever comes their way — with a smile. No boredom allowed here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines
• Accurately pick, stage, and store product in designated warehouse locations
• Build pallets and containers while maintaining organized work areas
• Use RF scanners or voice-directed systems to complete daily tasks
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prioritize product safety
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership
• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

• $15.00 - $26.17 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
