Job summary

CalPortland in Oregon seeks a Ready Mix Plant Manager to oversee daily operations of a ready-mix concrete plant within our materials network. You will manage production scheduling, batching quality, inventory, and equipment reliability while ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental standards.

You will lead and develop plant staff, coordinate with dispatch, sales, and maintenance teams, and track KPIs to optimize productivity and cost.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete or construction materials.
• Experience supervising or leading teams.
• Ability to plan production scheduling and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the ready-mix plant.
