Job summary

CalPortland is seeking a Ready Mix Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a ready-mix concrete plant within our mining and materials network. You will lead production planning, batching quality, inventory management, and equipment reliability while ensuring safety and environmental standards.

You will guide and develop plant staff, coordinate with dispatch, sales, and maintenance teams, and monitor KPIs to optimize productivity and costs in a safety-first, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• OSHA safety training or equivalent
