Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license meeting state requirements.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
  • Two years of related maintenance, construction, or industrial experience (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (preferred).
  • Experience operating loaders, skid steers, or similar equipment (preferred).

Responsibilities

Plant Maintenance Laborer
Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Plant Maintenance Laborer to help maintain plant operations and equipment, ensuring maximum production and a safe work environment. This role is responsible for routine plant maintenance, housekeeping, equipment operation, and general labor duties while supporting teamwork across production and delivery departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and safely with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry up to 50-100 pounds occasionally.
  • Climb ladders and work at heights.
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl for extended periods.
  • Work in confined spaces and on uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Work Environment
  • Outdoor and industrial plant environment.
  • Exposure to moving machinery, dust, fumes, and varying weather conditions.
  • Occasional exposure to electrical hazards.
  • Overtime, weekends, and travel may be required.
