Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Ready Mix Driver to transport ready mix concrete to construction sites and company facilities. This role involves safe operation of ready mix trucks, per supervisor instructions, and occasional travel.

Must have a CDL A/B license, pass DOT physical and drug screen, and maintain a clean driving record. The job requires attention to safety, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to operate mixer truck and related equipment safely.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or project documents and perform basic calculations.
• Must work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background checks.
• CDL A/B license and DOT medical card required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and document per DOT guidelines.
• Load and unload materials and monitor gauges during operation.
• Maintain vehicle logs and comply with safety policies.
• Follow dispatch instructions and maintain clean, well-maintained equipment.
• Travel and work away from home as needed; work nights/weekends when required.
