Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Ready Mix Truck Driver for Eastside locations (O’Connor, Cibolo and Kirby). The role delivers ready mix concrete to construction sites and facilities, following safety and DOT regulations.

CDL A or B is required, with a clean driving record and ability to work nights or weekends when needed. This position emphasizes safe operation, adherence to schedules, and coordination with supervisors to ensure on-time deliveries and quality service to customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years experience driving mixer truck preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and CDL A or B license.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must possess valid DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with documentation per DOT guidelines.
• Load and unload equipment of materials.
• Monitor gauges during operation of vehicle.
• Maintain daily vehicle mileage logs.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Obey dispatch instructions and ensure product quality.
• Perform minor servicing and refer major problems to supervisor.
