Wells is seeking a safety-focused Ready Mix driver to operate a concrete truck, perform light maintenance, and help support production throughout all shifts. The role requires mechanical aptitude and reliable attendance in a fast-paced plant environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience driving large vehicles, a valid license, and the ability to work with diverse teams while following safety protocols and maintaining equipment in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to perform light maintenance.
• 2+ years driving large vehicles; ability to operate heavy equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate Ready Mix truck safely and deliver concrete to production sites.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning on the truck and drums.
• Conduct routine inspections and report mechanical concerns.
• Assist with additional heavy equipment when not driving the truck.
• Follow safety protocols and plant procedures during operation.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and coordinate with production workflow.
• Support other plant operations as requested by supervision.
