Job summary

American Rock Products, a CRH company, is seeking a reliable concrete mixer truck driver to deliver ready-mix concrete across our service area. You will operate a mixer truck, perform pre/post inspections, and maintain records while ensuring top-tier customer service.

Training is provided for those with limited experience, and the role offers regular routes with evening and weekend opportunities as needed. Join a large national family of companies focused on safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL with self-certification of non-excepted interstate operations.
• Ability to operate manual transmission trucks.
• Safety minded professional with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment physical and drug testing.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to construction sites in a safe, efficient manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Load additives as needed and ensure product quality (slump, etc.).
• Maintain logs and delivery tickets; collect payments and receipts where applicable.
• Communicate with Dispatcher and customers; resolve basic inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain vehicle and work area in clean, organized condition.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies.
