Adams Bros. Concrete Products Ltd. in Ohio is seeking a Ready Mix Driver I to operate a concrete mixer and service residential and commercial clients. The role includes precise routing, daily vehicle inspections, and safe unloading of materials.

Candidates should have a Class B CDL (Class A preferred), strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and 1–2 years of mixer truck experience. Travel to job sites is required and safety protocols apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Class B CDL required; Class A preferred.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Entry level – 2 years of mixer truck driver experience.

Responsabilités

• Operate concrete mixer to and from pre-designated work sites following daily routing information.
• Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections and report deficiencies.
• Report improper operation or faulty equipment to Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain communication with dispatch for updates on locations and changes to routes.
• Differentiate between mixes, grades, sizes and textures of materials and perform air/slump evaluations as needed.
• Unload materials safely using front and rear discharge and ensure cleanliness after deliveries; follow safety hand signals.
