Preferred Materials, Inc. Davenport Ready‑Mix Driver is a safety‑driven role delivering concrete to job sites across Florida, ensuring load integrity and equipment care.

The position requires a Class A/B CDL and two years of driving experience, with home daily shifts, competitive pay, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with current DOT medical card.
• Two years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ready-mix experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites.
• Complete all required inspections and documentation.
• Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product integrity.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel.
• Maintain a clean truck and work environment.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, entering/exiting cab, and working outdoors.
• Support operations as needed, including occasional travel to nearby facilities.

• Flexible schedule availability.
• Must pass all pre - employment screenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate automatic and occasional manual transmission trucks.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Qualifications
