Qualifications

• CDL class is required (A or B) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• Proven safety mindset and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Strong customer service skills for on-site interactions.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple job sites for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites.
• Follow DOT requirements and all traffic laws.
• Communicate delivery updates to dispatch and resolve issues.
• Provide professional customer service at job sites.
• Assist with plant maintenance and cleanup during downtime.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
• Travel for extended periods when required.
