Overview

Altaview, a Summit Materials LLC company, is seeking a mechanically inclined, safety-focused Ready Mix Truck Driver with a Commercial Driver’s License – Class A or B. The role involves operating a front discharge truck to mix and disperse high-quality concrete products at multiple job sites. We provide aggregates, ready mix concrete, paving, and construction services for projects of all sizes. Our vision emphasizes safety, quality, and excellent service for our employees and clients.

Responsibilities

1. Drive the front discharge truck to mix and disperse concrete at job sites.
2. Load the truck with ready mix concrete.
3. Transport the truck safely to the job site.
4. Evaluate concrete condition and unload the mixed concrete appropriately.
5. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain truck cleanliness standards.

Skills & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of related driving experience preferred.
• Ability to operate the truck and auxiliary equipment safely, including levers, chutes, and mixing drums.
