Job summary

Duininck Concrete is seeking a seasonal, full-time Ready-Mix Driver based out of our portable plant in Abercrombie, ND. You will safely operate a concrete delivery truck, comply with DOT rules, and travel to various sites for extended periods with paid training provided.

You must hold a CDL Class A or B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. The role includes per diem, PTO, and a strong benefits package along with 401K matching.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites.
• Follow DOT requirements.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Follow instructions regarding concrete type and quantity for delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery updates or issues.
• Provide customer service by interacting professionally at sites.
• Ensure proper handling and pouring of concrete to prevent spills or damage.
• Maintain clean interior and exterior of truck.
• Assist with maintenance/cleaning duties in and around the plant during downtime.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

This position with Duininck Concrete offers the opportunity to join our portable crew as a trusted ready-mix driver responsible for delivering concrete to construction sites. Must be open to working at various job sites for extended periods (overnight travel required). We provide paid training on how to handle and deliver concrete safely and efficiently to customers. CDL Class A or B required. Must also have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.

The Role:

Work Environment:

• Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
