Job summary

Duininck Concrete in West Central Minnesota is hiring a seasonal, full‑time ready‑mix truck driver. Safely deliver concrete to construction sites, maintain logs and communicate with dispatch.

CDL Class B is required (Class A preferred). Training provided; you will work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed. You will be home nightly.

Competitive pay of $28 to $33 per hour, with PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with company match, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B Required (Class A preferred).
• Safety‑minded with the ability to follow DOT and traffic regulations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to ready‑mix operations.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Learn how to operate/maintain a ready‑mix concrete truck.
• Comfortable with GPS navigation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready‑mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites.
• Follow DOT requirements and traffic laws.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and truck handling procedures.
• Follow instructions on type/quantity of concrete to deliver.
• Communicate delivery updates or issues to dispatch.
• Provide professional customer service at construction sites.
• Ensure proper handling and pouring to prevent spills or damage.
• Maintain clean interior and exterior of the truck.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and stairs.
• Work in varying weather conditions.

This position with Duininck Concrete offers the opportunity to be home every night after safely delivering concrete to construction sites as a critical member of the team. CDL is needed but no Ready‑Mix experience required, we provided paid training on how to handle and deliver concrete safely and efficiently to customers.

The Role:
