Job summary

Duininck is hiring for a seasonal, full-time ready-mix truck driver with CDL Class B. You will safely deliver concrete to construction sites, follow DOT rules, and interact professionally with customers. Training is provided to learn concrete handling and delivery processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready‑mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites.
• Follow DOT requirements and traffic laws.
• Provide professional customer service at sites and communicate with dispatch.
• Maintain clean interior and exterior of the truck.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds; climb ladders and stairs.
• Work in various weather conditions.

This position with Duininck Concrete offers the opportunity to be home every night after safely delivering concrete to construction sites as a critical member of the team. CDL is needed but no Ready-Mix experience required, we provided paid training on how to handle and deliver concrete safely and efficiently to customers.

The Role:

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites.
• Follow DOT requirements.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Follow instructions regarding the type and quantity of concrete to be delivered.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding any delivery updates or issues.
• Provide customer service by interacting professionally at construction sites.
• Ensure the proper handling and pouring of concrete to prevent spills or damage.
• Maintain clean interior and exterior truck.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and stairs.
• Work in various weather conditions.
