Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a ready mix truck driver to deliver concrete to construction sites. You will perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain delivery records, and communicate with dispatch and customers.

Applicants must have a valid CDL with air brake endorsement and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. The role requires flexibility for early mornings and weekends, with a physically demanding environment and supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Maintain accurate delivery and work records
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations and company policies

What Are We Looking For

• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
