Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a dependable Ready-Mix Truck Operator to deliver concrete to customer job sites. You will perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicle readiness and safety.

Clear communication with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel is essential to maintain smooth delivery flow. The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow established driving protocols
• Strong customer-service mindset with clear communication skills
• Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable work practices
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with variable daily assignments

What You’ll Be Doing

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
