Ideal Ready Mix is hiring dependable CDL Drivers to join our team as Ready-Mix Truck Drivers. If you want steady local driving work, and the chance to be home every night, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in construction transportation.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
• Previous truck driving or ready-mix/construction experience preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently.
• Deliver concrete to local job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations.
