Job summary

TITAN READY MIX, LP in Texas is seeking a Ready Mix Concrete Mixer Driver to safely operate a concrete mixer truck and deliver ready‑mix concrete to construction sites. You will follow DOT and company safety rules, maintain the vehicle, and interact professionally with customers and job-site personnel.

This role requires early mornings, possible weekend work, physical effort, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A or B as required.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• Experience driving heavy trucks preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, extended hours, weekends, and varying weather.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Time management and reliability.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Outdoor construction and industrial environments.
• Exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
• Physically demanding work with frequent climbing and walking on uneven surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to designated construction sites on schedule.
• Inspect vehicle before and after trips; perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues.
• Accurately position truck and discharge concrete according to job-site requirements.
• Maintain proper mix consistency during transport and delivery.
• Complete delivery tickets, logs, and other required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers.
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required PPE.
• Keep truck clean and in good working condition.
• Assist with washout procedures and yard duties as needed.

Competitive salary based on experience ($24 - $28 per hour)

40 hour guarantee for qualified drivers
