Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Ready Mix Driver I to safely operate a ready-mix truck and deliver concrete to customer sites. You will perform inspections, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain strong customer service while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualified candidates have a CDL, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to document and report required information. This position emphasizes teamwork and reliable communication with dispatch and plant personnel.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required and ability to operate commercial vehicles safely.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and defensive driving practices.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and represent Heidelberg Materials professionally.
• Capability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required documentation, and follow operating procedures.
• Dependable team player with strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Ensure accurate delivery of products while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and plant personnel to support efficient deliveries.
