Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a professional CDL driver to safely deliver ready-mix concrete to customer job sites across the service area. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain delivery records, and ensure timely, high-quality service while upholding safety standards.

This role requires strong communication with customers and teammates and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• CDL required with ability to maintain safe driving record.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow established procedures.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Deliver quality product in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation.
• Follow company safety policies, traffic laws, and procedures at all times.
