Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. in the United States seeks a CDL-certified Ready Mix driver to safely deliver and place construction materials at customer job sites. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and unload materials, and coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery schedules.

Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries.

Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

What Are We Looking For

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the ability to operate a Ready Mix truck safely and effectively.

Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible equipment operation.

Ability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required paperwork, and follow operating procedures.

Effective communication and customer service skills in a team-oriented environment.

Capability to work independently, adapt to changing job site conditions, and manage delivery schedules.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
