Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license; must maintain an active, clear record.
• Pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep vehicle clean and orderly.
• Deliver quality service and represent the company with professionalism and courtesy.

Main Responsibilities

• Safelyoperateready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GEDrequired
• 3+ years’ experience driving trucks ofsimilar sizeand equipment preferred
• Valid CDL A or B licenserequired; mustmaintaina active, clear record

Work Requirements

• Mustbe 18+ years old
• Pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
• Hold a valid DOT medical card
• Commitment to safe work practices and PPE usage (company provided)
• Willingto work up to 6 days a week with overtime as needed
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and travel for assignments
• Team player with a positive attitude,strong communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to train and mentor others if experienced
• Meet company, state, and federal driving standards

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertisein operating mixer trucks and related equipment
• Strong math, recordkeeping, and basic reading skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Experience in securing and transporting heavy or oversized loads

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments.
