Job summary

This full-time position requires a Baccalaureate degree in education, an Ohio teaching certificate with HQT, and a Path to Reading endorsement or equivalent within the first year for Title I tutoring. A strong commitment to student achievement is expected, along with acceptable background checks.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in education is required.
• Current Ohio Teaching Certificate/License with HQT alignment is required.
• Master's in Reading or Reading Endorsement or commitment to earn endorsement within first year is required for Title I Reading Tutors.
• Demonstrates a sincere desire to aid all students.
• Background checks (BCII and FBI) must be acceptable.
• Ability to meet all job expectations and objectives.
• Alternatives to qualifications may be considered by the Superintendent/Board.

Education
