Job summary

Ampact is seeking dedicated Reading Tutors in Mankato, MN, to help students improve their reading skills in local schools. You will lead tutoring sessions, track student progress, and provide encouragement and support. Ideal candidates are dependable, fluent in English, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support.
• Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores in data software.
